Inspired by the industrial design of the 1970s and Mondrian's paintings, the silver appearance is subtly embellished with red and blue inks for a retro yet vibrant look. Rounded elements and rectangular lettering present modernity with geometric balance. Made of aluminum alloy, the silver lens housing provides strong protection to lenses. Retro version inherits the lightweight and compact size of Vespid with less than 1000g.

Vespid Retro has reliable mechanical performance, with uniform and consistent position of focus ring and iris ring, no adjustment needed when changing focal lengths. Precisely and smoothly control with 270- degree focusing rotation. Interchangeable mounting design is compatible with a variety of cinema cameras.
