Designed to withstand the extremes of any production environment, Ultra 7 has the processing power of our 4K Production monitors, customizable function buttons, and shock absorbing bumpers.

Rugged, powerful, and feature-rich, the Ultra 7 offers 2300nits of brightness, 6G-SDI that allow you to ingest 4K signal, a 2-Pin power passthrough for cleaner builds, an Ethernet port for camera control, plus a joystick and tactile physical buttons for control in any conditions. Utilize all your favorite PageOS tools, functions, and settings pages on a fully-loaded 7-inch touchscreen monitor.

Ultra 7 is adaptable to all situations and conditions, including optional Gold Mount, V-Mount, or B-Mount Micro Battery Plates for a compact power solution, an Ethernet port to enable ARRI and Sony VENICE Camera Control, and a 5-Pin USB port for RED® Camera Control (Camera Control license and cable sold separately).

QD-LED Edge-Lit LCD Panel Technology
SmallHD LEDs for Ultra 7 panels have the highest tolerance for color uniformity. These LEDs are built into an edge-lit panel stack that diffuses and focuses the light through a quantum-dot film, ensuring the purest color accuracy on our panels. The result is an extremely bright monitor with excellent image fidelity.

With an IP54 rating and ultra-durable water, dirt, heat, cold, and drop-resistant chassis, Ultra 7 was designed to withstand all the rigors and elements that professional filmmakers endure.

The Folding Magnetic Sunhood
The reimagined Ultra 7 sunhood connects to the monitor in seconds using a powerful magnetic array. This means no tools for installation or removal. When closed, the sunhood also provides total protection of the panel.

EL ZONE
Light Metering Evolved
Developed by legendary cinematographer, Ed Lachman, ASC, EL Zone is a stop-based exposure map tool that works like a virtual spot meter, replacing IRE exposure values with stops. Sensor data from the camera provides a reference point, and a false color represents each stop above and below 18% gray, allowing for easier, more intuitive on-set communication.
