Bolin's KBD Plus Advanced Production PTZ Controller is designed to provide precise, responsive control for professional PTZ camera systems used in broadcast, live production, houses of worship, corporate AV, and education environments. Built for modern IP-based production workflows, KBD Plus allows operators to control multiple cameras with accuracy and speed while maintaining clear visibility of video feeds and system status. At the center of the controller is a 4-inch touchscreen display that provides live camera monitoring, multiview capabilities, and quick access to camera control and system settings. The controller also includes a built-in video decoder, allowing operators to view up to 4 camera feeds directly on the controller. In addition, HDMI and USB-C (UVC) video outputs enable the decoded video feed to be sent to external monitors or connected directly to a computer as a webcam source, giving operators flexible monitoring and streaming options. KBD Plus supports a wide range of industry-standard control protocols, including VISCA over IP, NDI control, ONVIF, RS-232, and RS-422, Panasonic UE, and Canonc XC enabling compatibility with Bolin cameras as well as many third-party PTZ cameras used in professional production environments. Operators can manage multiple cameras, quickly recall presets, and make precise adjustments using the high precision joystick, zoom rocker, focus dial, and dedicated image adjustment controls. Additional features such as user-definable buttons, customizable control panels, and programmable presets allow operators to tailor the controller to their specific workflow and production environment.
