the SHAPE B15C300 baseplate for Canon EOS C100, C300, and C500 cameras, offers a compact yet expandable support system. It includes two 15mm aluminum rods, each measuring 12 inches, running the length of the baseplate, facilitating the attachment of various 15mm LWS standard accessories such as follow focus units, matte boxes, and more. The baseplate secures to the camera’s underside using four M4 screws or the provided 3/8”-16 and 1/4”-20 screws, ensuring a stable connection. Additionally, it features 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 threaded holes for tripod plate attachment, enhancing mounting versatility. The design maintains the correct lens center-to-rod height, ensuring compatibility with standard rod-mounted accessories. Please note, this baseplate is not compatible with the Canon C200 model.

The SHAPE C300 Baseplate is made specifically for the Canon EOS C100 C300 C500 cameras. This camera accessory provides a small, light setup solution expandable to a more elaborate setup. It features a pair of 15 mm rods that are 12″ long through the length of the baseplate. The baseplate attaches underneath the camera with 4 x M4 screws or with 3/8”-16 and 1/4”-20 screws that are included. The baseplate maintains the proper lens center to the rod height for use with available rod mounted accessories. This allows you to use available standard follow focus units, zoom motors, and matte boxes with your camera while using the baseplate.
