The constant 1.5× squeeze covers beyond full-frame with a generous 44.7 mm image circle, delivering a 2.66:1 frame when de-squeezed from a 16:9 sensor. Warm amber coatings paint signature streak flares while maintaining high contrast.

A 17-element/15-group circuit of cylindrical and aspherical glass controls chromatic aberration and distortion. The fast T2.9–T22 iris with 13 rounded blades forms smooth oval bokeh and a gentle roll-off. Focus breathing is minimal, and the lens draws as close as 48 cm, letting crews push in without dioptres.

Mechanically the Nanomorph LF is production-ready. It weighs 1.06 kg and is only 121 mm long with an 80 mm front, clearing matte boxes and RS4-class gimbals.
