Libec NX-300C is a carbon tripod system centred on the NH30 fluid head for operators who need repeatable pans and tilts under tight turnaround. Maximum payload is 10 kg, with a stated counterbalance working range of 0–10 kg (C.G. 55 mm), covering mirrorless bodies, rigged handheld cams and compact cinema cameras used in documentary, ENG, multicam streaming and OB work.

The head uses a multistep counterbalance with free + 5 steps, plus selectable damping for pan and tilt: free + 3 steps. The drag module is a multilayered metal unit to keep breakaway torque and backlash controlled during slow push-ins, speed ramps and long-lens holds, and tilt travel reaches +90° / −70° with 360° panning. Libec rates operation from −40°C to +60°C for winter exteriors and hot stage lighting. An LED-illuminated bubble level supports levelling in dim venues, and the pan handle helps keep framing consistent across takes.

Support compatibility comes via the Dual Head base that mounts either in a 75 mm bowl or as a flat base, allowing the same head to move to a slider, photo tripod or skater dolly via 3/8" hardware. The Snap ON/OFF sliding plate docks from the side for one-touch attachment; the included Long Plate S adds fore-aft balance latitude for matte boxes, V-mount plates, teleprompter rails or long primes. The sliding plate is noted as Manfrotto/Sachtler compatible, and accessory mounting points provide 1/4" and 3/8" threads plus a side rosette for a second pan bar or monitor arm without shifting head balance.

RT20C carbon legs use a 2-stage, 3-section structure with twist locks, paired with the SP-1B floor-level spreader for torsional rigidity during live event pans and interview reframes. Foot options combine rubber feet and integrated metal spikes for traction across studio floors and rough ground; the floor spreader can be removed for low-angle setups. A system carry case ships with the kit for location crews.

The NX-300C model have an outstanding counterbalance range. These models cover a wide range of camera configurations with payloads between 2.5kg and 10kg. The NX-300 Series is a must have tripod system that supports a wide range of rigged small cameras, mid-sized handheld cameras and rigged out professional cinema cameras. Users can choose from 5 levels of counterbalance, including an option for zero "free" mode for the fastest possible setup.

The multi-layered metal construction eases operation and increases durability and reliability. The NX offers a variable 4-stage drag-pan-tilt system that features a zero "free" mode setting with no friction. In addition, the finest silicone grease is used to ensure smooth pan and tilt movements at a wide temperature range from -40˚C up to +60˚C.

With a new lightweight structure design, the width of the carbon leg's upper pipe leg is widened to enhance torsional rigidity and provide high payload performance. Developed exclusively for the NX series, the FP-1B foot pads and SP-1B floor spreader are available which are even lighter than the existing models FP-2B and SP-2B.

On the side of the fluid head, there are 1/4 and 3/8 inch screw holes and serrations to attach additional accessories like an additional pan handle. Dual-head specification is available for both 75mm bowl and flat base tripods and is also compatible with sliders, skater dollies, and photo tripods.

The sliding plate can be attached and released with just one-touch, so that easy and smooth settings in the field are easily achieved. It is compatible with the hands-free monopod "TH-M", the electric gimbal "TH-G3", and other brand camera accessories.

The bubble level is equipped with an LED light to level the tripod in the dark. With safety in mind, the tripod legs are carefully designed to prevent the tripod from collapsing on a user's fingers, even if the tripod is collapsed unintentionally. The carrying case includes a shoulder strap, handles and a zipped pocket.
