    Bring camera feeds onto a common timing reference with the PTZOptics Rise 4K broadcast PTZ camera. Its genlock input synchronises frame capture for live multicamera switching; the separate timecode input supplies shared timestamps for editing.

    A 50 MP Sony CMOS sensor in the 1.0-type format captures UHD at up to 60 fps. The 20x optical zoom lets a crew cover stage overviews and tight speaker shots from a fixed camera position. Focal length runs from 9.79 to 186.5 mm, with maximum aperture varying from f/2.8 to f/4.5. Phase-detection autofocus responds to changing subject distance; optical image stabilisation counters vibration. The internal ND filter offers 1/4, 1/16 and 1/64 settings, so exposure can be adjusted without changing shutter speed or aperture.

    Included Horizon Web puts PTZ movement, AI auto-tracking, auto-framing and image adjustment in a browser on the local network. Pan and tilt speeds span 0.004–180°/s, from slow camera moves to rapid repositioning. Waveform, vectorscope and RGB parade displays support exposure and colour matching across cameras. With 255 preset positions, recurring interview angles or lectern shots can be recalled during a programme. Tally indicators show camera status to people on set. FreeD sends camera tracking data to compatible virtual set and AR systems.

    12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 output up to 4K60, with 3G-SDI for HD equipment and USB 3.0 for computer connection. For IP production, NDI HX3, SRT, RTSP and RTMP(S) provide network delivery options, with H.264/H.265 encoding. The SFP+ port carries 12G-SDI over fibre with compatible optical modules, useful for long cable runs between camera and control room. Two XLR inputs with selectable 48 V phantom power accept microphones or line sources; microSD recording keeps footage at the camera. PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt) carries power over the Ethernet connection, with 12 V DC available for local powering.
