Saramonic K9 Digital Duo is a dual-channel wireless audio system for film, broadcast and streaming work. Operating in the wideband digital UHF spectrum 550–960 MHz with selectable RF power levels, it maintains stable transmission in demanding RF environments. A working 180 m range and low 6.3 ms latency keep dialogue tight to picture on multi-camera sets, studio floors and outdoor live coverage.

Each bodypack transmitter acts as both digital UHF sender and a 32-bit float field recorder. 32 GB of internal memory per unit captures unclipped audio at 48 kHz / 24-bit over a 20 Hz–20 kHz bandwidth with a 130 dB input dynamic range. Switchable low-cut filters at 75, 100 and 150 Hz manage rumble and handling noise, while a maximum SPL of 118 dB on the included condenser lavaliers handles interviews and high-energy presenters without distortion.

Timecode handling shapes the K9 Digital Duo workflow. The transmitters accept and generate SMPTE LTC timecode at common frame rates from 23.98 to 30 fps, so audio recorders, cinema cameras and vision mixers receive frame-accurate reference via the Saramonic System app or a wired 3.5 mm link. Up to 48 systems can be supervised from the app with automatic frequency scanning, IFB monitoring for confidence listening and remote gain, grouping and record control for complex reality, conference and hybrid-event rigs.

The supplied ultra-miniature IP67 lavalier microphones use Kevlar-reinforced cables for reliable operation in rain, dust, sweat and heavy wardrobe. The camera-mount receiver provides switchable mono, stereo and headphone outputs on 3.5 mm for direct integration with ENG cameras, field mixers, computers or smartphones. Hidden hardware buttons, TFT and OLED status displays, color ID tags, AA battery support and USB-C power with runtimes up to 9 hours on the transmitters and 8 hours on the receiver make the Saramonic K9 Digital Duo a dependable backbone for professional wireless lavalier audio.
