The kit pairs 1 host headset with 4 remote headsets and runs with no hub and no beltpack—each wireless intercom headset carries its own radio, battery, microphone and controls. Wireless audio rides on 1.9 GHz DECT (1787–1928 MHz) and uses a headband‑mounted external antenna, reaching up to 400 m line‑of‑sight when conditions are clear.

In loud environments—generators, crowds, traffic—speech intelligibility comes from dual‑mic ENC, reducing steady ambient noise so cues stay readable. The voice path is specified for comms clarity (150 Hz–7 kHz, >65 dB SNR) and digitises talk audio at 16 kHz/16‑bit in multi‑user mode. Control stays tactile: the flip‑to‑mute microphone arm lets you lift the boom to silence yourself instantly, then drop it back to talk, and the headset confirms the change with a tone.
