ARRI SkyPanel X22 Soft & Hard Light Package (Schuko) assembles two SkyPanel X lampheads into a square 2:2 modular array that can switch between native soft, native hard and open-face operation. The six-color RGBACL engine covers 1,500–20,000 K and offers sensor-matching tools such as ARRI ALEXA Mode for consistent reproduction when balancing daylight, tungsten practicals and LED volumes. With an IP66 rating, the fixture and its removable interface remain usable in rain, spray and high-humidity locations.

In X22 format the system draws up to 1,600 W with 8 light engines and up to 16 pixel zones for zoned cues, mapped patterns and controlled highlights. Output reaches 9,600 lx at 10 m (5,600 K) in native hard mode; native open-face emission delivers up to 103,618 lm for bounce into ultrabounce, overhead ambience or large frames. Beam angles stay predictable: around 11° with HyPer Optics, about 107° with X21 Domes, and roughly 121° in open-face.

Connectivity targets professional lighting networks: DMX-512A with RDM, plus Art-Net 4 and sACN over EtherCON-compatible RJ45, with PTP/NTP timing support. Wireless control is built in via CRMX (Classic/CRMX2), W-DMX, BLE and Bluetooth 5.0. The removable ALL-WEATHER Control Panel (LiOS3) provides fast on-set navigation across CCT, HSI, gel, source matching and effects, with high-resolution flicker-free dimming down to black, including modes prioritising output or colour fidelity. TRUE1 TOP power in/through and 48 V DC input support stage power or battery operation.

The kit ships with two heads supplied with domes, two HyPer Optics, an X22 Modular Frame with integrated power/data daisy-chain and an X Modular Yoke with 28 mm spigot, plus a Schuko mains lead. On set it fits as a long-throw key for broadcast stages, a controllable hard backlight through windows, a soft wall for multicam streaming, or a weather-proof exterior source where one rig must cover soft, hard and bounce workflows.
