The AVMATRIX SHARK H4M brings four-channel HDMI switching, a six-input audio mixer, multiview monitoring and network streaming into one compact production surface. Video operators get 4× HDMI inputs with embedded audio up to 1080p60, paired with dual HDMI program outputs and a separate HDMI multiview feed so a director and a camera op read the same sources on two monitors at once. Transitions run through a dedicated T-Bar, plus AUTO and CUT keys, with WIPE, MIX and DIP styles selectable per event.

The audio side sets this unit apart from small-form switchers. Six mono mic inputs sit alongside two stereo line inputs, with balanced XLR main outputs plus a TRS headphone feed for the sound engineer. Every channel carries its own gain pot, two-band EQ, low-cut filter and mono/stereo assignment, and the phantom rails deliver +48V for condenser capsules. A 99-mode DSP engine covers reverb, delay, hall, room and vocal shaping, while a separate Bluetooth receiver and MP3 player let talk shows or worship services feed backing tracks without an external deck.

Streaming runs straight off the box. The LAN engine pushes RTMP/SRT to YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook or a private ingest, while the USB-C UVC port registers to any host computer as a standard webcam source for OBS Studio, vMix, Zoom or Teams. Recording runs independently to SD card or USB disk, giving crews an isolated master for post while the stream is already going out. Chroma key, luma key, two PiP groups or a PoP split, downstream keying and logo overlay round out the on-air graphics set.

Typical deployments include multi-camera conference relay, mobile sports coverage, church services with musician mics on stage, e-sports tournaments, studio podcasts with up to six guest mics, lecture capture and corporate webinars. A built-in web UI allows remote operation from a laptop or tablet over the LAN, and the tally GPIO feeds wired camera lights. For teams looking to carry one box instead of a switcher, a mixer, a capture card and a streaming encoder, the Shark H4M collapses the signal chain without trading away professional-grade I/O.
