DZOFilm Pavo 75mm 2x Anamorphic T2.1 PL Mount (S35) Blue is a Super 35 anamorphic prime with a true 2x squeeze, bringing oval highlights, stretched bokeh and horizontal streaks that read as optical anamorphic rather than software simulation. Coverage matches Super35/APS-C cine sensors. On 16:9 capture, de-squeeze yields an ultra-wide frame that finishes naturally as 2.39:1; on 4:3 sensors it maps cleanly to 2.66:1. The fast T2.1 transmission supports controlled separation in close portraits and holds exposure continuity across multi-camera coverage.

The optical layout (15 elements in 14 groups) prioritizes crisp detail with restrained distortion and controlled chromatic aberration, which helps on LED volumes, VFX plates and HDR deliveries where edge integrity matters.
