DZOFilm Vespid Cyber 50mm T2.1 PL & EF Mount (VV/FF) is a full-frame cine prime for large-format capture. A fast T2.1 aperture with a 16-blade iris yields smooth, circular bokeh and stable T-stops across the family. The optical formula maintains contrast while controlling lateral color and focus shift, and standard 0.8 MOD / 32-pitch rings keep focus and iris ready for motors and wireless FIZ.

Covering an image circle of 46.5 mm, the lens suits modern FF/VV sensors with headroom for stabilization and VFX. Interchangeable PL and EF mounts deliver rigid flange tolerance for cinema bodies and compact hybrids alike. A long, damped 270° focus rotation gives generous witness marks for precise, accurate, repeatable pulls, while the de-clicked scale from T2.1–T22 enables fractional exposure trims without stepping. Front standard is 95 mm for clip-on matte boxes with an 86 mm filter thread for protection, diffusion or NDs.

The signature element of the Vespid Cyber line is its LEMO 4-pin data interface. It outputs live focus and aperture metadata for on-set overlays, lens mapping and virtual production. Through compatible controllers, the port supports LiDAR-assisted AF workflows such as DJI RS 3 Pro with Range Finder, preserving manual cine mechanics while speeding gimbal and crane setups. No electronic body contacts are fitted; control and data are fully handled through this interface.
