Laowa Aurogon FF 10-50X NA 0.5 Supermicro APO Nikon F transforms any full-frame DSLR into a laboratory-grade imaging rig. One universal objective (Ø 50 mm, L 167 mm, 390 g) couples to four rigid tube lenses providing 10×, 20×, 35× and 50× magnification, each projecting the full 24 × 36 mm field for precise framing. Apochromatic optics realign 435–656 nm wavelengths, suppressing axial and lateral colour to sub-pixel levels.
Eight stepless iris positions marked NA 0.5–0.15 balance depth-of-field and resolution; at NA 0.5 diffraction is ≈ 1.9 µm, revealing MEMS traces and fibre cores. A constant 20 mm working distance keeps ring flashes, coaxial fibres or LED panels clear of heat-sensitive samples, and the generous aperture funnels up to four extra stops of light for low-ISO 8 K capture.
Manual focus ensures sub-micron repeatability; pair the lens with a linear rail for automated stacks. A positive-lock bayonet lets operators switch from survey at 10× to production at 50× in seconds. Tube focal lengths 18.8 mm, 10.3 mm, 6.85 mm, 5.56 mm keep distortion ≤ 0.8 %, while nine rounded blades render smooth bokeh around semi-transparent micro-organisms.

Switchable Magnifications from 10X to 50X

The lens body are formed by 2 parts: the switchable magnification tubes mounting onto the camera, and the objective lens at the front.
