Both primes cover a Ø30 mm image circle, so on Super 35 sensors you de-squeeze to a native 2.66:1 frame with zero “mumps”, while a Laowa 1.33× front adapter lets you reach a classic 2× squeeze when the job calls for it. The blue cinematic flare is tuned for clean, horizontal streaks that cut through complex lighting without colour shift, preserving highlight latitude for HDR or Rec.2020 deliverables.

Optically, the pair share an advanced 15-element/13-group layout, 13-blade iris and fast T2.4–T16 aperture.
