Libec HS-350QC is a floor-spreader tripod system for broadcast, live production and streaming crews who need repeatable balance under pressure. At the core is the H35 fluid head with Perfect Balance continuous counterbalance: support is adjustable for camera builds in the 3–7.5 kg range (C.G. 100 mm) so the rig can hold a chosen tilt angle without spring rebound. With a rated 8 kg payload, it matches ENG camcorders, large-sensor bodies with matte box and V-mount power, and long-lens packages.

Movement control comes from Free + 3-step drag paired with a multilayer metal drag unit, delivering consistent resistance for slow pans, sports follow shots, or subtle interview tilts. The counterbalance dial includes a meter with LED illumination, helping operators return to the same setting across a multi-camera day. The head travels +90° to -70° and is specified for -40°C to +60°C. A LED-illuminated bubble level speeds levelling in dim venues.

Setup is built around the side-load one-touch quick release, allowing camera plate attachment from the side—practical when the rig is already wired for SDI, audio and power. A long sliding plate is included, with ±30 mm sliding travel to keep balance when swapping primes and servo zooms; spare 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws are supplied for quick reconfiguration. The plate format aligns with common Manfrotto/Sachtler-style workflows, so crews can standardise plates across multiple heads.

The carbon-pipe QL40C legs use a single flip lock per leg for fast height changes, while the SP-1B floor spreader stabilises the stance on studio floors, OB vans and temporary stages. The head’s dual-base 75 mm bowl / flat base interface also suits sliders, skater dollies and platform mounts. Multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory ports on the head and tripod base provide hard points for a monitor, receiver or timecode box, and the padded RC-30 carrying case protects the kit in transit.
