    Libec LX-EPED PRO is a motorized electric video pedestal with dolly built for PTZ production where vertical camera movement must be repeatable and stable during live operation. The system supports a 30 kg payload and a 400 mm motorized elevation, with continuous speed adjustment from 10 to 30 mm/s. This capacity allows heavier PTZ configurations, including a PTZ camera with a prompter, multi-camera PTZ mounting on a T-bar, or a remote head and compact camera package.

    For broadcast studios, streaming sets and conference environments, the LX-EPED PRO uses a wired LAN controller instead of wireless communication, which helps avoid RF interference issues during production. The controller supports three position presets, so operators can recall repeatable heights for desk shots, presenter framing or stage segments. Libec also specifies a 30 m controller cable and 100–240 V AC power input, which is practical in larger studios and control rooms where the operator position is separated from the camera pedestal.

    The system combines the heavy-duty T103RB base tripod and DL-8RB dolly, delivering higher rigidity and reduced operating noise compared with earlier LX-ePed models. This matters in quiet environments such as lecture capture, podcast studios, worship production and music-focused sets, where microphones are often placed close to camera support systems. The complete kit includes a T-bar and AP-X adapters for multi-PTZ camera mounting, and it also supports 100 mm video ball with optional 75 mm compatibility, which makes the pedestal usable in PTZ rooms and hybrid camera setups.
