Marshall CV730-WHN is a 4K60 PTZ built for multi-protocol studios. A 9.2MP 1/1.8-inch Sony IMX334 sensor delivers 3840×2160 up to 59.94/60p with low noise, WDR and 0.05 lux sensitivity, maintained by Smart Auto-Focus AI that locks on faces. A 30× optical zoom (6.5–202 mm) spans a 65°–3° horizontal angle of view, keeping detail intact across wide rooms and tight stages. Image controls include gain 0–45 dB, shutter 1/1–1/10,000 s, iris F1.6–F18 and image flip modes for flexible mounting.
Signal paths are simultaneous: 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0 and 3G-SDI for baseband, USB 3.0 (UVC) for conferencing, and IP for streaming. Over IP you can choose High Bandwidth NDI, NDI|HX3/NDI|HX2, or HEVC/H.264/MJPEG with SRT, RTSP, RTMP/RTMPS and MPEG-TS. Power is straightforward via 12 VDC or PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt), with embedded stereo audio from the 3.5 mm mic/line input carried on SDI/HDMI/IP.
Motion is broadcast-grade: 340° pan and −30° to +90° tilt with variable 5–300°/s transition speeds and 256 presets, plus a tally lamp for live cues. The camera holds framing during long moves and fast cuts, while the 1.5 m minimum object distance supports close-up placements on desks, trusses or ceiling mounts. Dimensions are 188 × 189 × 233 mm at 2.9 kg for installation.
Control options cover VISCA over IP, VISCA, ONVIF and Pelco D via RS-232/RS-422 or the web UI; an IR remote is included for setup. Dual-stream grouping allows A (RTSP/RTMP/SRT/MPEG-TS) + C (High Bandwidth NDI) or B (NDI|HX) + C operation, so UHD60 production, live streaming and contribution workflows can run in parallel. For studios, live events, television and streaming trucks, CV730-WHN serves as a primary 4K PTZ source with minimal latency and high inter-op.
