Saramonic WiTalk9 WT3S is a 3-person full-duplex wireless intercom headset system operating in the 1.9 GHz DECT band for camera crews, live streaming teams and broadcast environments. Three single-ear headsets talk simultaneously with no base station or belt-packs, giving crews hands-free communication at distances up to 500 meters. The WiTalk9 platform supports up to nine wireless headsets and up to 30 users via wired cascading, so the WT3S kit forms a compact core for larger intercom setups.
Audio quality comes from the ClearTalk three-microphone array and dedicated noise cancellation algorithm, capturing speech with 360° intelligibility while suppressing ambience from PA systems. A 150 Hz to 8 kHz bandwidth and signal-to-noise ratio above 65 dB keep dialogue precise in OB vans, studios and streaming control rooms. Dual internal antennas and DECT encryption maintain a stable, secure RF link in venues filled with wireless mics and Wi-Fi routers, while IPX5 water resistance and wind control support outdoor sports, festival stages and ENG work.
Each single-sided headset offers a reversible boom that can be worn on the left or right ear and mutes automatically when raised. Over-ear cooling gel pads, on-ear foam cushions and temple pads minimise fatigue on long shooting days. Six hot-swappable Li-ion batteries provide runtimes around 9 hours for the master and up to 15 hours for the remotes, backed by a six-bay desktop charger and the option to power via USB-C while operating.
For hybrid productions, the 3.5 mm TRRS interface and wireless connectivity let the master headset bridge the WiTalk9 network to mobile devices or computers running conferencing platforms. The Saramonic control app adds group management, status monitoring, quick muting, one-on-one conversations and priority announcements.
