SmallHD Indie 5 RED RCP2 Kit transforms a 5-inch monitor into a command surface for RED KOMODO®, KOMODO-X™ and DSMC3™ cameras. The crisp 1920 × 1080, 440 ppi LCD delivers 10-bit Rec.709 colour at a daylight-proof 1000 nit output, giving focus-pullers reference even in full sun.

Powered by PageOS 5, Indie 5 offers instant touch access to waveforms, false colour, vectorscope, pixel zoom, EL Zone, frame guides and user LUT pipelines. A side-mounted lock switch prevents accidental menu calls during handheld takes.

One HDMI 2.0 and one 3G-SDI input are paired with loop outputs, supporting cross-conversion and up to UHD 4K 30pover HDMI or 1080p 60 over SDI, with eight-channel embedded audio monitoring. Through the included Micro-USB-to-LEMO cable and RCP2 licence the monitor becomes a full camera controller: start/stop, shutter, FPS, ISO, white balance, playback and metadata all adjustable from the screen.

Dual Sony L-Series battery slots plus a 10–34 V locking barrel input keep power flexible on drones, gimbals and studio rigs. Machined aluminium housing, four ¼-20 threads and 408 g weight simplify mounting without sacrificing durability. An SD card slot enables fast LUT import and firmware updates.
