Teradek Bolt 6 LT 1500 TX/RX Set brings zero-delay wireless video to demanding multicamera, ENG and live-event crews. Adding 6 GHz UNII-5 to 5 GHz provides 25 narrow or 13 wide channels, doubling usable airspace on crowded sets. The custom silicon engine keeps latency below 0.001 s while transporting 10-bit 4:2:2 HDR and 2-ch 48 kHz LPCM audio, all guarded by AES-256 + RSA-1024 pairing.
The 206 g transmitter accepts HDMI UHD 4K 30p or 3G-SDI 1080p 60p, and draws just 9 W from a locking 6–28 V 2-pin. Two RP-SMA antennas radiate 23 dBm EIRP, sustaining a rock-solid link over 1500 ft / 457 m line-of-sight. The 292 g receiver outputs HDMI + SDI, supports Gold/V battery plates and five diversity antennas. Both milled-aluminium housings include ¼-20 and ⅜-16 threads for cages, monitors or gimbals.
Cross-compatibility with every Bolt 6 and Bolt 4K variant means one TX can feed six RX units. Ancillary data carries timecode, REC flags and metadata for seamless sync. A Bluetooth link to the Bolt Manager desktop utility or iOS/Android app exposes spectrum analysis, channel lock, 17 × 17 × 17 LUT upload and health logging.
Rated 0–40 °C, Bolt 6 LT runs at 9 W (TX) / 11 W (RX) and ships with low-profile V antennas that slash RF shadowing. Noise-rejection firmware lets up to six independent Bolt networks coexist in one venue, and the link accepts SmallHD Smart 5/7 monitors for cable-free camera control.
