Teradek Bolt 6 XT MAX TX/RX Deluxe Set Gold-Mount is a zero-delay wireless link for cinema, live production and OB. Operating on 6 GHz (U-NII-5) with fallback to 5 GHz, it carries lossless DCI/UHD 4K60 10-bit 4:2:2 over 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 with AES-256 security and RSA pairing. The MAX tier pushes range up to 5,000 ft (1,524 m) line-of-sight; deploy the included Array Antenna and Broadcast Mode to scale from 6 linked receivers to an unlimited fleet for video village. Latency remains effectively nil (<0.001 s), keeping lens control and talent timing aligned.
Connectivity is comprehensive: SDI input with loop-out on TX, dual outputs (12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0) on RX, embedded 48 kHz/24-bit audio, timecode/record-flag passthrough, and 3D-LUT output on the receiver. Signal robustness is boosted by vertical and horizontal antennas, manual/auto DFS channel selection, on-device OSD control, and the Bolt Manager app for pairing, spectrum view and channel assignment. DCI 4K and all broadcast frame rates are supported from 23.98 to 60p, plus PsF and interlaced modes for legacy chains.
For field reliability, both TX and RX integrate Gold-Mount plates and 2-pin LEMO (6–28 VDC) power, with typical draw of 20 W (TX) and 18 W (RX).
