VELVET Mini 1 Studio Bi-Color LED Panel (No Yoke)

The VELVET Mini 1 Studio is a compact half 1×1 LED softlight panel for professional studios that require reliable bicolor output in tight spaces and low ceilings. Its IP51 dustproof housing and integrated AC power supply with powerCON TRUE1 in/out form a robust unit for fixed rigs, news sets and corporate streaming rooms. Drawing only 50W, the panel delivers a soft field of about 1200 lux at 1 m, making it a practical key, fill or backlight in multicamera environments.

The light engine provides precise 2700–6500 K colour temperature control while maintaining high colour accuracy with TLCI values up to 98. Intensity is adjustable from 0–100 % with smooth, flicker-free dimming suitable for high frame rates. Local operation uses shock-resistant keys, a clear digital display and quick access to 3200 K and 5600 K presets. For integration into larger systems, the DMX/RDM interface on 5-pin XLR enables remote control of level and CCT, fixture addressing and diagnostics from lighting consoles.

A rugged all-aluminium chassis with Osram LEDs secures long service life and stable photometric performance in permanent grids and studio installations. Passive fanless cooling keeps the VELVET Mini 1 Studio silent, which is critical for audio-sensitive stages, webcasting rooms and interview sets. The IP51 rating protects the fixture from dust and studio debris, while the internal PSU and locking connectors reduce cabling and points of failure on pipe grids and wall rails.

The panel integrates into the wider VELVET Mini ecosystem, accepting barndoors, Snapgrid and diffusion accessories to shape the beam for background accents, soft frontal key or controlled toplight on presenter desks. Multiple rigging options via yoke and accessory mounts support use on stands, ceiling pipes or multipanel frames, enabling consistent, repeatable lighting layouts for television magazines, live streaming stages, education studios and rental packages.
