VELVET Power 1 IP54 Flood 30° is a compact 1x1 bi-color LED panel built as a weatherproof workhorse for broadcast, streaming and field crews. Its concentrated 30° beam delivers 2150 lux at 3 m, providing a punchy yet soft source that functions as key, backlight or controlled fill. The native distribution is well suited to lighting talent from a distance, shaping highlights on set pieces or driving diffusion frames on drama, documentary and live entertainment shoots.

The bi-color engine offers a continuous 2700K–6500K CCT range in accurate 100K steps with TLCI up to 98, aligning consistently with tungsten, HMI and daylight fixtures without correction gels. Flicker-free dimming from 0–100% is processed at a high 2000 fps output frequency to eliminate banding on high-speed cameras and maintain stable exposure in multicam broadcast, studio streaming and virtual production workflows. Passive convection cooling keeps the fixture completely silent, which is critical on dialogue-heavy stages, control rooms and close-miked interview sets.

The rugged IP54-rated aluminum housing withstands rain, dust and operating temperatures from –20°C to +40°C, so the same unit can serve on exterior locations, OB trucks or permanent studio grids. VELVET’s optimized optics and LED driver deliver more than 50,000 hours of diode life with high efficiency and tight colour consistency between fixtures. The panel draws only 100 W and can run from 90–264 V AC or 12–35 V DC via optional V-Lock or Gold Mount batteries, keeping rigs lightweight on cranes, dollies, stands and mobile kits for fast repositioning.

For control, the VELVET Power 1 IP54 Flood 30° combines intuitive on-board operation via shock-resistant buttons and a clear display with 5-pin DMX/RDM integration into console-driven lighting networks. Optional yokes, barndoors, diffusion filters, Snapbags and grids extend the native beam up to approximately 115° and provide precise spill control for studio and location work. This configuration turns the fixture into a versatile choice for television studios, live event venues, theatre, corporate video, chroma key stages and streaming sets that demand repeatable, colour-accurate illumination in any weather.
