The VELVET Power 1 Studio Flood 30° is a compact 100W bi-color LED panel for studio grids, broadcast stages and streaming sets that require controlled output and silent operation. Its native 30° beam concentrates 2150 lux at 3 m and 585 lux at 6 m, giving enough punch for key, back or bounce light in multicamera studios, virtual production volumes, news sets and corporate video spaces while maintaining tight spill control on backgrounds and LED walls.
The panel delivers variable white from 2700K to 6500K in 100 K steps with a TLCI of up to 98 and very high CRI, allowing accurate reproduction of skin tones and set colours under broadcast cameras and digital cinema sensors. Smooth 0–100% dimming and a high output frequency rated for flicker-free use up to 2000 fps support slow-motion capture, live sports analysis and multi-frame VFX plates. A quick-access 3200K/5600K key lets operators jump instantly between tungsten and daylight presets during fast-paced studio resets.
For permanent installations the Power 1 Studio Flood 30° integrates an IP51 dustproof housing and fanless passive cooling, ensuring quiet operation in audio-sensitive environments such as newsrooms, control rooms and streaming studios. The internal universal 90–264 V AC power supply connects via a robust Neutrik XLR-3 DC input, removing external power bricks in lighting grids. Local control is handled through shock-resistant buttons and a clear numeric display, ideal for floor operation, dimmer room access or OB van racks.
On larger lighting networks the fixture offers full DMX-RDM control through 5-pin XLR in/out, enabling remote address, mode and level management from studio consoles. Matching colour science across the VELVET Power range simplifies multi-fixture rigs where the 30° Flood version is used as a controllable key or punch source alongside softer panels and hard spots. The “No Yoke” configuration suits custom yokes, pantographs and studio rail systems, making the VELVET Power 1 Studio Flood 30° Bi-Color LED Panel a flexible choice for broadcasters, rental houses and system integrators standardising on robust 1×1 class studio lighting.
