VELVET Power 2x2 IP54 Flood 30° is a high-output bi-color LED panel delivering a concentrated 30° flood beam for long-throw key, fill or bounce on demanding broadcast and cinema sets. With a variable 2700–6500K range in precise 100K steps and TLCI levels of 98 at 3200K and 96 at 5600K, it provides stable white light for multi-camera studio shows, drama, commercials and virtual production stages.
At 3 m the fixture outputs up to 10,000 lux, remaining punchy enough to replace a 2.5K HMI or 5K tungsten Fresnel while drawing only 410 W. The IP54 housing with sealed connectors turns the panel into a location workhorse for exterior night shoots, OB vans, sports broadcast, reality shows and live streaming rigs exposed to rain, dust and condensation. VELVET’s passive cooling keeps operation completely silent, so the lamp can sit close to microphones on dialogue sets or small studio control rooms.
On-board shock-resistant buttons, a clear digital display, quick-access 3200K/5600K preset and smooth 0–100% dimming allow precise level trims directly on the head. For system integration the DMX/RDM interface on dual 5-pin XLR provides bidirectional control, address management and fixture monitoring, with master–slave linking when several units are rigged together on truss. High-frequency drive electronics keep the output flicker-free for high-speed capture, whether the panel is used as a hard source, bounced into ultrabounce, or pushed through diffusion frames.
The VELVET Power 2x2 IP54 Flood 30° Bi-Color LED Panel (No Yoke) ships as the bare weatherproof head, ready to combine with studio yokes, space-light cylinders, Snapbag or octabank softboxes, Snapgrids and Rabbit-Ears frames. Powered from 90–264 V AC mains or 26–28 V DC battery systems via Neutrik XLR-3, and built around long-life LEDs rated beyond 50,000 hours, it fits permanent studio installations, mobile flypacks and rental fleets requiring consistent, serviceable and sustainable high-output LED softlight.
