The VELVET Power 2x2 IP54 Spot 15° is a high-output bi-color LED panel for broadcast, streaming and location crews that need a narrow beam with stable colour. Its 410 W engine and native 15° distribution deliver up to 23,000 lux at 3 m and 7,000 lux at 6 m, giving enough punch for long-throw key light, hard backlight or bouncing into frames on drama, studio and commercial sets. The variable white range from 2700 K to 6500 K, adjustable in 100 K steps, works with a TLCI of 98 at tungsten and 96 at daylight to keep multi-camera chains matched.

VELVET’s optical system lets the 2x2 source act as both a hard and soft tool. The concentrated 15° beam can be reshaped with optional diffusion and beam filters to wider angles for window light, stage toplight or soft talent fronts while maintaining an even field. Flicker-free dimming from 0 to 100 % remains stable up to 2000 fps, so the fixture suits high-speed inserts, tabletop work and stylised promos where shutter and frame rates vary.

Control is available locally via shock-resistant buttons with a clear display or remotely over DMX/RDM through 5-pin XLR. Addressing, mode selection and status feedback integrate into studio lighting networks, and multiple heads can be linked in master–slave chains for fast rigging on grids, truss or stands. Power options cover 26–28 V DC and 90–264 V AC via an external supply, while efficiency keeps output available when running from V-Lock or Gold mount batteries.

A black powder-coated aluminium chassis and IP54 rating protect the VELVET Power 2x2 IP54 Spot 15° against dust, spray and rain on outdoor sets and installations. Fan-free passive cooling ensures silent operation in drama and talk shows, and the LED engine is rated for more than 50,000 hours.
