DZOFilm Catta Zoom 70-135mm T2.9 White Sony E Mount (FF) is a parfocal cine zoom for full-frame capture, covering a 43.5 mm image circle. The constant T2.9 aperture and 16-blade iris deliver smooth highlight roll-off, stable exposure and clean bokeh. Refined optics keep focus breathing low so composition holds during racks. With a close focus of 0.76 m (2 ft 6 in), the lens frames tight details without moving the camera.

Mechanics are built for repeatability: 0.8 MOD gear rings across focus, iris and zoom with 270° focus, 100° zoom and 80° iris rotation support accurate marks on follow focus and wireless FIZ units. The internal zoom preserves length for matte box clearance and gimbal balance. A 77 mm front thread plus a rear filter slot accept ND, diffusion and streak filters for fast look control. Native Sony E mount with user-swappable bayonets for RF, L, X and Z systems (optional) enables cross-platform deployment for cinema and live environments. The barrel’s white finish increases visibility under set lighting and simplifies labeling.

An optical layout of 17 elements in 11 groups suppresses axial and lateral chromatic aberration, preserving micro-contrast for 4K and 6K acquisition. Supplied shims aid precise flange setup across multi-body fleets. Fully manual mechanics keep behavior predictable on any body.
