DZOFilm Vespid Prime 12mm T2.8 PL & EF Mount (VV/FF) is an ultra-wide cine prime for full-frame and Vista Vision sensors, covering a 46.5 mm image circle with uniform illumination and tight control of lateral color. The T2.8 aperture with a 10-blade iris keeps exposure consistent while retaining clean, rounded highlights across the frame. The optical path uses an APO approach to suppress chromatic aberrations and fringing, preserving edge contrast on high-resolution cameras.

For crews who rely on fast lens swaps, mechanics follow industry standards: 0.8 Mod focus and iris gears, matching ring positions across the Vespid set, and a long 270° focus rotation for precise pulls.
