The DZOFilm Vespid Prime 4-Lens Kit (25mm/35mm/50mm/75mm T2.1) PL Mount + EF (VV/FF) gives a production crew four distinct views for commercials, fiction and documentary interviews. On full frame, use the 25mm to establish the location, the 35mm for a conversation, and the 50mm or 75mm to concentrate attention on a face or a detail.

Each lens projects a 46.5 mm image circle for Full Frame and VistaVision acquisition. The shared T2.1 maximum aperture lets the crew retain the same T-stop across lens changes, while stopping down to T22 provides control over depth of field. A 16-blade iris keeps out-of-focus highlights rounded. Apochromatic correction limits colour fringing, and restrained focus breathing reduces changes in image scale during a focus pull, helping a transition between two actors remain visually discreet.

Manual focusing has a 270° rotation, giving the focus puller room to separate marks and repeat a move across takes. Focus and iris rings use 0.8 MOD gearing for cine follow-focus units and lens motors; their consistent positions across the set reduce rig adjustments between focal lengths. Metric focus scales support distance measurements on set. Minimum focus, measured from the sensor plane, is 0.30 m on both the 25mm and 35mm, 0.46 m on the 50mm and 0.60 m on the 75mm. This gives the crew clear working limits for tabletop inserts and close subject coverage.

Interchangeable PL and EF mounts let the set serve compatible cinema cameras with either interface. Focus and aperture remain under manual control, so rehearsed pulls and exposure changes are handled at the lens or through a suitable motor system. Shared M77 filter threads allow the same screw-in filters to move between all four lenses. Aluminium-alloy housings and the supplied lens case suit a kit that travels between studio interviews, location shoots and commercial sets.
