The Kinefinity KineEVF2 Viewfinder Pack places those checks at the operator’s eye on a 1920 × 1080 Full-HD Micro-OLED display with 16 million colours. Self-emissive pixels render true black and separated grey tones, helping judge shadow detail, edge definition and exposure without a larger monitor. The optical path stays sharp and distortion-free, while diopter adjustment from -6D to +2D covers a broad range of eyesight.
Image processing runs on Kinefinity’s DirectClear FPGA platform, reducing monitoring delay during pans, handheld moves and moving subjects. Waveform, histogram and false colour give measurable exposure references; magnification and focus peaking assist critical focus on cine lenses. These tools matter on shallow-depth-of-field interviews, product close-ups and documentary shots that cannot be repeated. Fanless operation adds no noise near a boom or lavalier, and 1.8 W consumption places little load on the camera power system during long field days.
KineEVF2 also serves as a camera interface. A record button, playback/menu control, rotary wheel and two additional buttons let the operator review clips and change settings without losing sight of the frame. A lower tally indicator communicates recording, standby, connection, warning and shutdown states, useful on shoulder rigs and compact crews that need immediate visual confirmation. The included eye cushion limits stray light and pressure around the eye during extended sessions.
The pack supplies the KineEVF2 OLED viewfinder, locking Kine Video Cord, Movcam EVF bracket and eye cushion. One push-pull cable carries picture and power from the camera, keeping the rig tidy and avoiding a separate finder battery. The bracket provides a secure viewing position for handheld or shoulder-mounted configurations. Compatibility covers MAVO Edge 8K and 6K, MAVO mark2 LF and S35, MAVO LF, MAVO 6K, TERRA 4K and TERRA 6K, so a camera department can keep the same viewing system across several bodies.

The Kinefinity KineEVF2 (A912-003-01) is a ultra-compact Full-HD OLED viewfinder engineered for MAVO Edge 8K/6K, MAVO mark2, and TERRA cameras. Its 0.7" 1920×1080 Micro-OLED panel delivers 16.7 million colors, true black, 10,000:1 contrast, and zero-latency monitoring via FPGA hardware processing—powered and fed video through one proprietary Kine video cord (included). Optical design features a multi-coated glass eyepiece with -4 to +4 diopter, heated anti-fog coating, and 38° field of view. Pro tools include focus peaking (red/green/blue), false color, zebra, waveform, histogram, anamorphic de-squeeze, frame markers, and flip/rotate.
