This full-frame optical set couples directly to Canon EF cameras, converting the sensor into an ultra-high-magnification platform while holding image integrity across the visible spectrum. An apochromatic objective with adjustable Numerical Aperture from 0.15 to 0.50 minimises chromatic phase shift and diffraction, maintaining diffraction-limited detail at wavelengths 435–656 nm. Four seamlessly swappable tubes deliver 10×, 20×, 35× and 50× reproduction with a constant 20 mm working distance, so lighting geometry and specimen clearance stay fixed when the magnification changes. The objective front glass never moves, guaranteeing repeatable focus pulls in high-speed sequences.
Opto-mechanical precision is reflected in the data sheet: objective length 167 mm, front diameter 50 mm, nine-leaf iris, and per-tube focal lengths of 18.8 mm (10×), 10.3 mm (20×), 6.85 mm (35×) and 5.56 mm (50×). Tube lengths extend from 112 mm to 253 mm with weights 377 g–609 g, letting the set balance on cine gimbals or automated macro rails. The lens body are formed by 2 parts: the switchable magnification tubes mounting onto the camera, and the objective lens at the front.
