In a studio rack, an auditorium balcony or a compact live-switching room, the Lumens VC-A71P-W gives operators a 4K PTZ camera that can feed broadcast hardware, AV-over-IP systems and web distribution from the same camera head. The white body suits bright interiors, while the 1/1.8" 9.17MP CMOS sensor captures UHD video up to 2160p59.94/50 and HD formats down to 720p. For interviews, panel debates, product launches and sports coverage, the 30x optical zoom moves from a 63° horizontal wide shot to tight framing without forcing the camera position closer to the subject.

Signal routing is the main strength of this model. 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 serve vision mixers, recorders and production monitors, Ethernet handles IP control and streaming, and USB 3.0 supports computer-based conferencing or capture. IP output covers HEVC/H.265 and H.264 with RTSP, RTMP, RTMPS, MPEG-TS and SRT, so the camera can sit in a local studio, a lecture hall or a remote contribution chain with controlled latency. Control and Power
Lumens’ PTZ cameras offer users a high degree of versatility. The VC-A71P can be powered by a dedicated 12v DC adapter, or via POE++, giving network managers the option to install devices in any position. Multiple control protocols (Visca, Pelco, Onvif and UVC) and interfaces (RS-232, RS-422, Ethernet and USB 3.0) enable cameras to join new or existing networks.

Face Recognition Autofocus System
Equipped with Lumens' Smart AF algorithm, VC-A71P can intelligently identify human faces and automatically detect the eyes and mouth. This enables the camera to keep the subject in sharp focus all the time.

Semi-Autonomous Production
Each camera supports up-to 256 presets, allowing users to switch angles and zoom positions, and engage tracking movements at the touch of a button. The advanced Auto Focus, Auto Exposure and Auto White Balance algorithms automatically deliver consistent images while zooming and panning, or under changing lighting conditions. Together, these advanced functions allow a single operator to manage multiple cameras and to produce multi-camera productions without the need for a large crew.
