Camera matching in 4K productions becomes far less risky with the Lumens VC-A71SN-W, a white 4K PTZ camera built around a 1/1.8" 9.17 MP CMOS sensor, 30x optical zoom and UHD output up to 2160p59.94/50. The lens covers a 63° horizontal wide view for room coverage and narrows to 3.7° at telephoto, so one unit can frame a presenter, a panel table or a distant stage detail without placing operators near the camera position. Its white finish also suits bright lecture rooms, corporate spaces and event venues where black camera bodies can draw too much attention.

Signal routing is the core strength of this model. 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 feed baseband switchers or recorders, while Ethernet carries NDI HX3, NDI HX2, RTSP, RTMP, RTMPS, MPEG-TS and SRT streams with H.264 or HEVC compression. USB 3.0 adds direct UVC capture, including H.264 4K30 and MJPEG 1080p30. For hybrid rooms, lecture capture, corporate webcasts and multi-camera live switching, this keeps the same camera useful across SDI, IP and USB infrastructures.

Image control has been specified for demanding venues rather than simple webcam use. BT.2020, Rec.709 and Standard color modes help match UHD displays, broadcast cameras and production switchers. Smart AF, manual focus, Smart AE, WDR, 3D noise reduction and 0.05 lux sensitivity at F1.6 help maintain usable pictures in mixed lighting. The 3.5 mm line/mic input can be embedded over Ethernet, 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0 or USB 3.0, reducing separate audio paths in smaller installations.

For operators, the Lumens VC-A71SN-W provides RS-232, RS-422, Ethernet and remote control with VISCA, VISCA over IP, ONVIF, Pelco-D, NDI and UVC. PoE++ can carry power over the network cable, while 256 presets, 300°/sec pan and tilt speed, tally indication and FreeD metadata support precise cues for studios, sports coverage, live events and VR/AR sets. NDI genlock further helps maintain timing discipline in IP-based multi-camera systems.
