Teradek Bolt 6 XT MAX TX/RX Set V-Mount delivers uncompressed 4K60 10-bit 4:2:2 HDR with near-zero latency (~0.001 s) for critical focus and live switching. It operates in the new 6 GHz band with 5 GHz compatibility to reduce congestion and speed reconnection. The MAX variant reaches 1.5 km line-of-sight (≈5,000 ft); add the optional Array Antenna and enable Broadcast Mode to feed unlimited receivers, serving video village or multi-cam monitoring without extra cabling.
TX and RX offer 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 for DCI/UHD 4K up to 60p, with resolution/framerate scaling on the RX. SDI ancillaries carry timecode, start/stop and metadata. The link uses a visually lossless codec; the RX applies 17×17×17 3D LUTs for on-set preview. AES-256 with RSA-1024 secures transport. Control is via OLED OSD and joystick, Bluetooth setup, and auto/manual RF channel selection across Non-DFS 5.190–5.230 / 5.755–5.795 / 5.945–6.425 GHz and DFS 5.270–5.670 GHz.
Rugged milled aluminum housings integrate V-Mount plates, 2-pin 6–28 VDC input and multiple ¼-20 / ⅜-16 mounts. Typical draw is ~18 W (RX) and ~20 W (TX). Included external antennas increase link margin; interference management supports up to six receivers per transmitter in standard mode and robust coexistence near Wi-Fi and intercom systems. 0–40 °C operating range suits studio, OB and ENG work.
