Its IP54 weatherproof housing resists dust and rain, so the fixture can sit on rooftops, stadium platforms or OB truck rigs without additional protection. A rigid low-carbon aluminum body with passive heatsink keeps the LEDs within their optimal range from -20 °C to +40 °C while drawing only 50 W, maintaining stable output during long studio days and location work.

The panoramic emitter and 100° beam create a natural softlight that wraps faces and set elements without hard edges, ideal as key, fill or backlight in small studios with low ceilings, conference rooms or corporate webcasting sets. Variable 2700–6500 K color in precise 100 K steps allows accurate matching to tungsten, daylight or mixed ambient sources. High color fidelity with TLCI up to 98 and CRI 98 preserves skin tone and brand colors on multi-camera talk shows and live events, while photometrics reach about 1200 lux at 1 m and 170 lux at 3 m at 5600 K, giving enough punch for diffusion frames or grids.

On-board control uses shock-resistant keys and a clear display for quick access to intensity and CCT, with 0–100 % dimming that stays flicker-free thanks to a high-frequency driver rated for high-speed capture up to 2000 fps. Constant-current electronics keep color and output consistent as Gold Mount batteries discharge or when running from the 90–264 VAC Smart AC adapter, which is practical on travelling productions inside the EU.
