VELVET Mini 1 IP54 DMX is a compact bi-color LED panel for broadcast studios, OB vans and streaming sets that need uniform soft output. The 50W engine drives a 100° beam delivering 1200 lux at 1 m and 170 lux at 3 m, so a single panel can key a presenter or small group in low-ceiling spaces. Selected-bin LEDs with an optimized diffuser form a smooth field without visible diodes or double shadows, suitable for tight framing and reflective sets.

The unit offers CCT control from 2700K to 6500K in 100K steps, with a TLCI/CRI up to 98 for precise colour reproduction on cinema and broadcast cameras. On-board dimming from 0–100 % stays flicker-free up to 2000 fps, supporting high-speed capture on commercials, sports replay or tabletop macro work. Local operation uses a shock-resistant keypad and clear display, plus a dedicated 3200K/5600K key for quick switching between tungsten and daylight based looks.

For system integration the VELVET Mini 1 IP54 DMX provides 5-pin DMX-RDM with XLR-5 input, enabling remote intensity and colour control from lighting consoles, media servers or architectural controllers. DMX-RDM feedback simplifies addressing and status checks in permanent rigs or rental fleets. Optional SnapBag and SnapGrid accessories, barn doors and cases give precise beam shaping for key, fill, back or background use on drama sets, virtual studios and corporate webcasts.

A low-carbon aluminium body with passive cooling keeps operation silent, making the panel appropriate for audio-critical spaces such as control rooms, podcasts or conference studios. The IP54 weatherproof rating protects against rain and dust for exterior interviews or live events, while power input accepts 12–35 V DC through the integrated V-Mount battery plate or 90–264 V AC via a smart adapter. One VELVET Mini 1 IP54 DMX V-Mount moves easily from stand to grid or rigged on a truss, keeping colour temperature and softness consistent across the production.
