VELVET Mini Power 2 IP54 is a compact bi-color LED panel that delivers a concentrated panoramic beam for professional broadcast, studio and location use. Its 100 W engine outputs up to 8900 lux at 1 m with a 35° beam, providing punch for key, backlight or controlled accents while maintaining smooth fall-off. The IP54 rating protects the fixture against dust and rain, so it can be used on exterior sets and live events without additional weather covers.
The panel offers variable white from 2700 K to 6500 K in 100 K increments with a TLCI of 93 at 3200 K, keeping skin tones consistent across multi-camera television and streaming environments. Flicker-free dimming from 0 to 100 percent with an output frequency suitable for high-speed capture up to 2000 fps supports slow-motion, tabletop and product work. On-board control combines a shock-resistant display with mode keys for intensity and color temperature, plus quick access buttons for 3200 K and 5600 K to switch quickly between tungsten and daylight looks.
For integration into DMX/RDM lighting networks, the VELVET Mini Power 2 IP54 incorporates an XLR-5 interface for addressing and monitoring from lighting consoles or remote systems. Power can be supplied from 90–264 V AC through a smart adapter or from 12–35 V DC batteries using V-Mount or Gold Mount plates, keeping the panel mobile for documentary work and reality TV. Fanless passive cooling guarantees silent operation in dialogue stages and compact studios.
The housing uses a low-carbon extruded aluminum chassis with multiple rigging points and an ecosystem of accessories such as yokes, grids, diffusers and barn doors that allow the fixture to work either as a tight punch source or as a softer LED panel for studio lighting. Combined with its weather resistance, compact footprint and bi-color performance, the VELVET Mini Power 2 IP54 bi-color LED panel is a flexible tool for broadcast lighting, live streaming, virtual sets and mobile production trucks.
