The VELVET Power 1 Studio Spot 15° Bi-Color LED Panel is a 100W studio pack with a dustproof IP51 1×1 LED head, yoke, 28/16 mm combination spigot, AC power supply and Schuko cable. The narrow 15° beam delivers around 6000 lux at 3 m and 1700 lux at 6 m, giving concentrated output for long-throw key, backlight and effect lighting in broadcast and live streaming studios. The beam holds intensity after diffusion, so the unit maintains level with frames, softboxes or bounce reflectors in grids several metres above the talent.
The bi-color engine spans 2700K–6500K in 100 K steps with TLCI 98 at 3200K and 96 at 5600K, supporting consistent skin tones and neutral rendering of coloured sets for studio cameras. 0–100% dimming is smooth and flicker-free, and the high-frequency driver keeps light output stable for high-speed capture up to 2000 fps. A 3200K/5600K quick key speeds switching between tungsten and daylight balances, while optional VELVET diffusion filters open the 15° beam to wider angles up to roughly 105° when a broader wrap or background wash is preferred on magazine sets, e-sports stages or virtual production volumes.
The VELVET Power 1 Studio Spot 15° runs in a rigid aluminium housing with passive cooling, so there are no fans and the fixture remains fully silent on dialogue sets and music stages. IP51 sealing limits dust ingress in permanent installations, and the integrated 90–264 V AC supply feeds the head via a Neutrik XLR-3 DC input, removing external power bricks in the grid or OB racks. The LED array is specified for more than 50,000 hours of operation between -20°C and +40°C, supporting intensive daily schedules in television facilities, rental fleets and education studios.
Control is available locally through shock-resistant buttons and a numeric display, or via DMX-RDM over 5-pin XLR. Address and intensity follow standard console workflows and RDM support permits remote configuration from the control room. Shared colour science across the VELVET Power family allows the VELVET Power 1 Studio Spot 15° Bi-Color LED Panel to integrate with Flood 30° and IP54 variants in coherent lighting systems for television, live streaming, corporate studios and hybrid events.
