Lumens VC-TA50 Black answers that requirement with Full HD PTZ capture, in-camera AI human detection and auto tracking for lectures, corporate training, product briefings, panel talks and compact studio productions. Its 1/2.8" 2.16 MP CMOS sensor delivers up to 1080p60, while the 20x optical zoom and 57° horizontal field of view cover both wide room views and tighter speaker framing from a fixed installation point.

The tracking logic is practical rather than merely automatic. Everywhere mode follows the selected subject across the room; Stage mode keeps tracking to horizontal pan inside a defined area; Partition mode recalls a preset angle and zoom inside a chosen zone, then returns to subject following outside it. This helps in spaces with a lectern, display wall or demonstration table, because the camera can react to presenter movement without control desk intervention. Smart AF, auto framing, WDR, 3D noise reduction, image flip and 128 preset positions support long sessions, repeated recordings and multi-room AV systems.

Professional routing is a main reason to specify this model. HDMI, 3G-SDI and Ethernet can carry video at the same time, allowing one camera position to serve a hardware switcher, recorder and IP streaming platform. The primary IP stream supports H.264 1080p at 60 fps, with a secondary H.264/MJPEG D1 stream at 30 fps for monitoring or control preview. RTSP, RTMP, RTMPS, MPEG-TS and SRT cover direct streaming, managed contribution links and networked lecture capture, while line/mic input and G.711 audio keep sound available over Ethernet, SDI or HDMI.

For integrators, the Lumens VC-TA50 Black fits neatly into controlled AV environments. Power can be supplied via PoE+, and control is available through RS-232, RS-422 or Ethernet using VISCA, VISCA over IP, PELCO-D and ONVIF. Tally, IR pass-through, IR remote operation and FreeD support for AR/VR tracking give it more than basic PTZ behaviour. With pan and tilt speeds up to 300°/s, the camera moves quickly between stored angles, making it a dependable Full HD auto-tracking PTZ option for teams that value repeatable capture, clean cabling and remote supervision.

Everywhere Tracking Mode
The camera will follow wherever the presenter goes. You can simply change the tracked subject by clicking on the individual via the web interface

Partition Tracking Mode
When the presenter moves inside a user-defined Partition Area, the camera switches to a preset angle and zoom. When outside a Partition Area, the camera autonomously follows the presenter.

Stage Tracking Mode
When inside the Tracking Area, the camera follows the presenter with only a pan (left-right) movement. When the presenter moves outside the Tracking Area, the camera stops following.
