Marshall CV355-27X-ND3 is a compact NDI HX3 box camera built for professional ProAV and broadcast installations that need long optical reach from a fixed mounting point. It uses an 8.5 MP 1/2.5" sensor and delivers Full HD video up to 1920x1080 at 60 fps, with support for 1080p, 1080i and 720p formats used in live production, capture systems and streaming environments. The integrated 27x optical zoom lens covers 5.56-150.29 mm, so one camera position can handle a wide room shot and then move to a tight presenter, stage or bench detail without changing optics.
For networked systems, the camera supports NDI HX2 / HX3 together with RTSP, RTMP, RTMPS and SRT. This is useful in hybrid installations where one signal path feeds local switching while another is used for remote contribution or platform streaming. The CV355-27X-ND3 also provides simultaneous outputs over NDI/IP, 3G-SDI and HDMI, which helps when production, recording and monitoring need parallel feeds. A 3.5 mm stereo audio input and output are included, with audio embedding on SDI and HDMI for cleaner signal routing in fixed racks.
PoE over Ethernet reduces cabling by carrying power, control and network video through one cable. Control and integration options include RS-232, VISCA, VISCA over IP, ONVIF Profile S, HTTP API and browser-based setup, making this model suitable for courtrooms, lecture capture rooms, council chambers, corporate AV systems and worship venues. The camera also supports dual streaming, up to 256 presets, WDR, 3D noise reduction, backlight compensation, manual or automatic exposure modes, and low-light operation for spaces where lighting changes during the event.
