Teradek Bolt 6 XT 1500 TX/RX Deluxe Set Gold-Mount is a zero-delay wireless video link for set, studio and OB trucks. Operating in 6 GHz (plus 5 GHz) with next-gen RF silicon, it moves uncompressed monitoring feeds up to 1500 ft (≈457 m) line-of-sight with <1 ms latency, preserving camera settings and timecode for reliable director and shader work.
The XT platform carries 4K60 10-bit 4:2:2 HDR over 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0. The RX provides output scaling, while the TX offers HDMI→SDI cross-conversion to keep mixed pipelines clean. Ancillary data (timecode / REC flags) passes end-to-end; LUT output control and signal health are available in the Bolt Manager app. Security is hardened with AES-256 plus RSA-1024 pairing, preventing unauthorized links on busy sets.
RF is agile: non-DFS/DFS channels across 5/6 GHz with manual or auto selection, advanced noise-rejection, and multicast to up to six receivers from one transmitter. Bolt 4K cross-compatibility on 5 GHz eases fleet transitions, while the included Array Antenna boosts robustness in crowded venues. Use fixed-frequency modes for predictable spectrum planning or scan for the cleanest air when shooting ENG, live, or multi-cam reality.
