Focus behavior matters in live work, so P2-R1 uses PDAF phase-detection AF plus manual overrides, backed by E.I.S. when the rig sees vibration. AI auto framing can lock onto a presenter and keep composition stable during panel discussions, lecture capture or one-person streaming. Image profiles include Rec.709 plus HLG options for HDR-aware workflows and consistent matching across multi-camera setups.
Output tops out at UHD 4K up to 50/59.94 fps over HDMI 2.0. 3G-SDI feeds reliable 1080p/1080i to broadcast routers and SDI switchers, while RJ45 IP and USB-C UVC slot straight into vMix/OBS, Teams or Zoom pipelines. For remote contribution, the camera speaks RTMP/RTMPS, RTSP, SRT and Z CAM SSP, and it can record a safety master to SD in H.265—useful when you need an iso backup of keynotes, sermons, product launches or sports commentary.
