Marshall CV380-CS Mini Camera
€1,390.00
Marshall CV380-CS is a compact 4K mini camera for positions where a larger body cannot be mounted, but broadcast-grade output is still required....
Some camera positions are impossible to staff: behind a basketball hoop, inside a race car, above a courtroom bench, on the lip of an esports stage. The Marshall CV570 Mini Camera exists for those spots. Its current-generation Sony 1/2.8-inch sensor with 2.13 million pixels uses enlarged photosites in a square array, and it keeps a clean picture when the house lights drop – a real difference during concerts or theatre recordings where re-lighting is not an option. The signal itself is broadcast material: 10-bit 4:2:2 colour up to Full HD 1080p60, with 1080i and 720p plus eight framerates from 23.98 to 60 fps covering every regional standard.
On the network side the camera speaks NDI|HX3, holding end-to-end latency near 100 milliseconds at modest bandwidth, so cutting between several POV angles in a live gallery feels immediate. Facilities running conventional IP infrastructure get SRT, RTSP and RTMP with H.264 or HEVC encoding, while an HDMI output runs simultaneously for local monitoring or a hardware switcher. A single Cat cable with PoE carries power, video, audio and control – one run up a lighting truss instead of four. Where PoE is unavailable, any 7–15 V source covers the modest 6 W draw.
Optics remain open. The M12 lens mount ships with a 4 mm prime covering just over 81° horizontally, sharp from near contact to infinity, and accepts Marshall primes from 2.3 mm ultra-wide to 16 mm tele alongside varifocal options. Shading and matching several units happens over VISCA over IP, the built-in web panel or NDI tools, so one operator aligns an entire fleet from the gallery. The housing is machined from aluminium alloy with shielded rear connectors; it survives touring.
For production companies standardising on IP, the CV570 drops into sportscasts, government assemblies, reality sets and corporate studios without extra converters. As a B2B supplier we assist with lens selection, PoE switch sizing and multi-camera configuration, so each unit arrives ready for its first show day.
